Project Core Aims

 1.       To inform people at large that Newcastle Gurudwara in particular and all Gurudwara in general invite in and welcome visitors. No ‘pre-warning’ or ‘booking’ is required. No one is excluded.

2.       To ensure that, if they wish, people (individuals, schools, families, community groups and so on) from the North East of England have reliable contact points to be able to speak with someone. Visits can then be arranged to ensure that a knowledgeable member of the Sikh community can welcome them, show them around and try to answer any questions they may have. 

If individuals or groups would instead, or as well as, like a member of the Sikh community to come out to them the Project would try to arrange that also.
